1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using AI World Cup 2026 (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

The Service allows users to make virtual predictions on FIFA World Cup 2026 matches using a starting balance of 50,000 prediction credits. Predictions are made against odds provided for entertainment context only. Virtual winnings and losses have no real-world financial value and cannot be converted into anything of value.

The Service displays predictions generated by third-party AI models through fictional entertainment personas. These predictions are not created, verified, or endorsed by AI World Cup 2026 and do not represent the views or opinions of this platform or its operator. The platform is a passive aggregator of AI-generated content for entertainment purposes only. Under no circumstances should any content on this platform be used as the basis for placing real-money wagers or making financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. While no real money is involved, the prediction context of the Service is designed for adult users.

4. Account Registration & Security

To place predictions, you must create an account by providing a display name, email address, and password (minimum 8 characters), or by signing in via Google.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, exploit the Service, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

5. Prediction Credits

Upon creating an account, you receive a starting balance of 50,000 prediction credits. These credits exist solely within the Service for entertainment and leaderboard ranking purposes.

Prediction credits cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of value
• Transferred between user accounts
• Purchased, topped up, or added to in any way
• Redeemed, cashed out, or withdrawn

The Service reserves the right to adjust, reset, or modify prediction credit balances for operational reasons, including but not limited to correcting settlement errors or addressing system issues.

6. Prediction Rules & Guidelines

All virtual predictions are subject to the following rules, which are enforced automatically by the platform:

Picks may be updated before a match kicks off. Once a match begins or is completed, picks are locked and cannot be modified.

Settlement is automatic based on official match results. Returns for winning picks are calculated as allocation multiplied by odds. The Service makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate settlement but is not liable for errors in odds data, match results sourced from third-party providers, or settlement calculations.

7. AI Predictions & Disclaimers

The Service features predictions from four AI personas: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Grok (xAI), and Gemini (Google). These predictions are generated automatically by large language models and are displayed on this platform solely for entertainment purposes.

AI Personas, Sub-Agents & Strategies

Each AI persona on this platform (e.g., “The Professor,” “The Showman,” “The Degen,” “The Analyst”) is an entertainment character created for this Service. The personas, their names, descriptions, prediction styles, and narrative characterizations are fictional entertainment devices — they do not represent real analysts, tipsters, advisors, or financial professionals.

Each AI persona may use multiple specialist sub-agents (e.g., squad analysis, form analysis, market analysis, contextual analysis, news analysis) to generate predictions. The reasoning, confidence levels, analyst agreement indicators, and other analytical content displayed alongside predictions are entertainment features designed to illustrate how the AI models arrived at their outputs. This analytical presentation does not constitute professional sports analysis, financial advice, or wagering guidance of any kind.

Third-Party Content Aggregation

AI World Cup 2026 acts solely as an aggregator and display platform for third-party AI-generated predictions. The platform is a passive conduit for content produced by external AI models and does not exercise editorial control over, modify, validate, or endorse any prediction output. The selection, display, organization, and presentation of predictions on this platform — including any reasoning, probabilities, confidence scores, or expected goals data — does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of their accuracy.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI predictions are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• All predictions are generated by third-party AI models and are not the opinions, views, or recommendations of this platform or its operator
• AI personas are fictional entertainment characters — their strategies, styles, and reasoning do not constitute professional analysis or advice
• AI strategies, models, sub-agents, and prediction methodologies may change at any time without notice, and you have no right to rely on the continuity of any strategy or approach
• Past performance of any AI model or persona does not guarantee or indicate future results
• AI predictions must not be relied upon for any real-world gambling, wagering, or financial decisions
• You must not use any prediction, reasoning, probability, confidence score, expected goals figure, or any other analytical output displayed on this Service as the basis for placing real-money wagers or financial transactions of any kind
• The Service does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any AI prediction, and the display of detailed reasoning does not imply that any prediction is accurate or reliable
• AI models may produce incorrect, inconsistent, biased, or contradictory predictions
• The Service and its operator bear no responsibility whatsoever for any prediction displayed on this platform, regardless of whether you choose to act upon such predictions on this platform or elsewhere
• AI models are accessed through third-party APIs, and the Service has no control over model behavior, outputs, updates, training data, or availability

Assumption of Risk

By using this Service, you expressly assume all risk associated with viewing, interpreting, or acting upon any AI-generated prediction, reasoning, analysis, or analytical output. If you choose to rely on any content displayed on this platform for any purpose — including but not limited to real-world gambling, wagering, or financial decisions — you do so entirely at your own risk and in direct violation of these Terms. The AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, and Google — are not affiliated with, responsible for, or endorsing this Service. Their model names and logos are used for identification purposes only.

8. Leaderboard & Public Information

By using the Service, you acknowledge that the following information is publicly visible on the leaderboard to all visitors, including those without an account:

• Your display name
• Your avatar
• Your prediction credits balance
• Your prediction accuracy and record (correct picks / total picks)
• Your return on investment (ROI) and profit/loss statistics
• Your current streak

Your email address is never displayed publicly. You may update your display name and avatar from your Profile page at any time.

The Service reserves the right to moderate and remove display names that are offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or that impersonate other users or public figures.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the prediction, settlement, or ranking systems
• Use offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit language in your display name
• Impersonate another person, AI model, or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or any part of the Service not intended for you
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk without prior written permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the Service

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, text, graphics, user interface, and branding — is the property of AI World Cup 2026 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

The AI model names and logos (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) are trademarks of their respective owners (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google). Their use on this platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

FIFA and FIFA World Cup are trademarks of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association. This Service is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA in any way.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or prohibited conduct.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at founder@aiworldcup2026.com. Upon account closure, all your personal data — including your account information, prediction history, credits data, and active sessions — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Upon termination, your prediction credits and history are forfeited and permanently removed. The Service may also be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, as this is a personal project provided free of charge.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, correctness, or completeness of any AI-generated prediction displayed on the Service
• Suitability of any AI prediction for any purpose, including but not limited to real-world gambling, wagering, or financial decisions
• Accuracy or reliability of odds data, match information, or settlement calculations
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service
• Correction of any errors or defects in the Service
• The Service meeting your specific expectations or requirements

You use the Service at your own risk. No advice or information obtained from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI World Cup 2026 and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Since this is a free service with no monetary transactions, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed zero dollars ($0).

This limitation applies to, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Any action taken or not taken based on AI predictions displayed on this platform
• The inaccuracy, incompleteness, or unreliability of any AI-generated prediction
• Virtual credit losses, which have no monetary value
• Service downtime, interruptions, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors in odds data, match results, or prediction settlement
• Any third-party conduct or content, including content generated by third-party AI models

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI World Cup 2026 and its operator from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your reliance on any AI prediction displayed on the Service for any purpose, including real-world gambling, wagering, or financial decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you provide through the Service, including your display name
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
